A human approach

Meet Krista Steeves, MEd, CCC

Everyone needs to find a trusted therapist to work through their stuff and their personal challenges. I am a good listener and I want to help you move forward. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach and try to meet people where they are at in their lives.

My practice focuses predominately on three areas, individuals, couples and those struggling with their career.

I work with individuals who are facing various challenges in their lives. Those with anxiety, depression, or complex relationships. I have a history of working in post-secondary education and have spent 25 years working with those 18-25 years old.

I work with couples who want to repair their relationship so they can have a full and happy life. I use an approach informed by the research of John and Julie Gottman and am working toward Gottman certification.

I work with individuals struggling in their career environment and help them decide on next steps for their future. I run groups for women as they balance the challenges of work and home.

I will walk with you through the difficult moments in your life.

I have a Masters of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. I am registered with the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) and have a C.C.C. designation and am registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
